Board Member Conflict of Interest Policy Statement
To ensure that the Board’s actions are not tainted by personal interest or appearance of personal interest, the Lambertville Area Education Foundation by-laws require full disclosure from any member who has or may have a personal interest in a matter before the Board. If the Board decides that the interest is significant, the member will abstain from all votes on the subject.
